How JobBooster uses Artificial Intelligence

JobBooster is classified as a high-risk AI system under the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU Regulation 2024/1689), Annex III, Section 4(4) — Employment and Recruitment.
Our match-scoring features involve automated profiling of your professional data, which triggers high-risk classification.
JobBooster uses AI across several features to help you with your job search:
We use Qwen 3.6 35B, an open-weight large language model developed by Alibaba Cloud.
The model runs locally on our infrastructure via Ollama — your data is never sent to external AI providers.
Model parameters: temperature 0.3 (low creativity, high consistency), context window up to 16,384 tokens.

AI interaction logs are retained for a minimum of 6 months (EU AI Act requirement).
Logs are automatically purged after 24 months.
